Eligibility for Refund :

If you receive a damaged , incorrect , expired or tempered product , you are eligible to request a return or refund within 24 hours of delivery . Simply reach out to us with your order ID , a brief explanation . A clear unboxing video to support your claim . Once verified , we will promptly offer a replacement , full refund or store credit — whichever suits you best .

Order can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement , but once shipped , cancellations aren’t possible . refunds , once approved , are processed within — 7 working days .
